Do you know of anyone running an "Ultimini" type car in the USA? I'm *VERY* interested, but I'd like to talk with someone on this side of the Atlantic before taking the plunge.

Thanks

Hello Don,
Appreciated your research into Mini Metro engine numbers. You also published a technical article (thanks!) dealing with the same subject on your MiniMania site, including the code descriptions for the various engine details/fitments. Unfortunately not all the codes were noted; have you run across anything like a 'complete' list?

(Trying to produce a missing data plate for the Turbo Metro engine from the mid-80s I'm restoring.)
Regards,
Bill

I have a Bugeye with a Marina 1300 tuned to Cooper-S specs. It is fitted with 1.25" SUs. Would an 1.75" single SU with a 'sports' intake manifold give improved performance ??

Hello Don
Met you way back in 1990 with the ABFM in Portland .We were the kids out of high school madd about minis hanging around with Lary Sandham. The project is very cool especially with a P/U,I am currently building a pannel van with a B18c5 lump,,,,I think it will make our vintage racers seem like (kids toy's) in comparason. The attraction to have reliability, power and comfort, without using racing fuel is fantastic.Best of luck from your B.C. Canada friends.
